Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, commercial lending, financial services, or fintech.
3+ years of leadership or management experience.
Demonstrated success in developing revenue-generating partnerships and sales strategies.
Strong understanding of small business financing, commercial lending, and alternative funding solutions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to analyze business opportunities and develop strategic growth plans.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
